Cultural Assistant – Selkirk College Castlegar, BC

The cultural assistants will be responsible for promoting programs in the classroom, encouraging students to join activities, support students with information, and help facilitate and organize those activities. They also provide leadership and support for the students when they first arrive to Canada and adjust to life. There are heavily involved with orientation and the first week of classes. As we continuously have international students arriving throughout different semesters, there is an ongoing need to support them as they transition into Canadian life.
