Job Description:

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via both phone and email
  • Enter pick up requests into local dispatch systems
  • Use AS400/LTL400 software to track/trace shipments
  • Liaise with outlying terminals to provide up to date status reports back to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Maintain professional Customer Service-oriented personality in all customer interactions
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Transportation experience preferred but will train the right candidate
