Office Administrator – Alpine Group

Alpine Group requires a full-time Office Administrator – Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

The duties of this position include all accounting and administrative tasks in an industrial office.

Skills required and not limited to MS Office, accounting including A/P, A/R, and reconciliations, multi-line telephone, customer service, problem-solving, and dispatch.

Skills Required:

  • QuickBooks / Bookkeeping
  • Customer Service
  • MS Office (numerous excel documents),
  • Multi line telephone
  • Administrative experience

Successful candidate must be able to work independently, and as part of our team.

This position requires a positive, outgoing, independent worker looking for a long term employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
