4 furnished bedrooms for rent – 2 on the second floor with big windows, one super large room on the main floor with own entrance, and one room in the basement. All rooms will be available for rent starting the last week of August or September 1. Male Selkirk College student is preferred.

$600.00 per room on the second floor and basement. $625.00 for the room on the main floor.

Room is for one student only, no sharing in the same room. The house is located in downtown Castlear, close to bus stop. Plenty of parking spaces available if you come with a car.

The rent include wifi, Queen size bed, bedding, desk and chair, shared kitchen, pots and pans, bathroom, and onsite laundry. Utilities are also included.
