Reports to the Chef and works closely with the Kitchen and Tap Room staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure dishes are clean and available for food service
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of station, kitchen and store rooms
  • Ensure cleanliness of dishes, pots, cutlery and other items mean quality control standards
  • Prepare salads, desserts and other food items required by the Chef and Sous Chef
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Chef and/or Sous Chef
  • Follows all safe work procedures and Safe Food guidelines.
