Reports to the Chef and works closely with the Kitchen and Tap Room staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure dishes are clean and available for food service
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of station, kitchen and store rooms
- Ensure cleanliness of dishes, pots, cutlery and other items mean quality control standards
- Prepare salads, desserts and other food items required by the Chef and Sous Chef
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Chef and/or Sous Chef
- Follows all safe work procedures and Safe Food guidelines.
