Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Controller, this position is responsible for reviewing and updating accounting and payroll processes and procedures.

Typical Duties:

  • Compile all accounting and payroll related procedures and highlight them for review and updates.
  • Assist and review the accounts receivable process and update the process manuals.
  • Assist and review the rent collection process and update the process manuals.
  • Assist and review the trust disbursements, account opening/closing, fees collection and bank reconciliation processes and update the process manuals.
